Have you typed those words into the Google search bar? Photographer near me. As a small business owner the biggest challenge is getting in front of the people looking for what I offer. When I travel or am looking for something new to me I often use that handy search bar. After the list pops up I immediately scroll past the sponsored ads and look at the businesses that have risen to the top on their own. If I’m looking for a restaurant ( my most common search) I check out the menu and the reviews.
If I’m checking out another type of business I like to visit their website. Once at the website I pay attention to several details. If I’m looking for a photographer I would first look at examples of their work. When looking at their images I’m noticing style, quality, pricing and posing among other things. Then If I like what I see I then take a minute to look at their reviews.
As a small business owner I work hard to get myself out there. While I have a lot of experience with photography I am not a marketing or IT expert. Without a staff to rely on I do my best.

There are a lot of photographers near me (it seems more and more each year)! I have found that even being in the business for 11 years, I still struggle with finding clients who are looking for a photographer. If you find yourself looking for a photographer in your area I hope you will take the time to consider me. All pricing details and examples of my work are on my website. I love being a photographer. I love working in an area that I love. I grew up here. Along with my studio I also have a long list of really fun locations for photo shoots. My goal as a photographer is to show you all the possibilities but ultimately listen to you and give you what you want. I have lowered my pricing. My packages no longer include albums or prints. They do include digital images. If you’d like album and prints those can still be ordered at an additional cost.
