Happy August everyone!
I hope you are enjoying our amazing weather! Summer is in full swing! The weather has been perfect and I’m just soaking it all up! This week has been a busy one. I’m excited to share somethings with you today!
To begin with I thought I would share a few items on my to do list
- I am wrapping up my 10th year of SFP!! I am so excited to hit this milestone and I’d like to share it with you! I need to chose a date and get planning on this!
- Plan my holiday mini theme for this year!
- Inventory equipment that needs to repaired, thrown out or updated
The fact that we are already well into August makes me realize how quickly the end of the year will be upon us!
The Rich Family
To know them is to love them! If you know them you count yourself lucky! This is a very special family! First there was Allen and Janet – then there were 5 in their family and now there are 10! So fun to watch a family grow! Look at those sweet babies! What a blessing! The girls purchased this session as a Christmas gift for their parents and then we all waited patiently for babies to be born, the weather to warm up and calendars to align!
Mardy and John – True Love
I am just so thrilled these two found me! They were married along the Columbia River last week! These are the two most beautiful people and I am thrilled that they have found each other! With a lovely small ceremony beside the river with Mt. Hood in the background they said “I Do”. Then they celebrated with a meal at The Cove. I met with Mardy and John again yesterday to show them their gallery. It was fun to hear their reactions to the photos and make plans for which photos they would display in their home.
Paige Class of 2024
Oh my heart! I use to call this beauty “Boo” when she was little. With her dark hair, big gorgeous eyes and pig tails she reminded me of Boo from Monsters Inc. Now my niece is a stunning young lady with plans on becoming a dentist! She chose Hydrangea Ranch in Tillamook for her location. None of us had been there before and we all loved it! I am excited about all of my upcoming Class of 24 sessions but this girl is my favorite! Here is a link to Hydrangea Ranch if you are curios https://hydrangearanch.oregoncoastalflowers.com/photography/
Why hire a professional photographer?
I thought I would share a link to something I wrote regarding why hiring a professional photographer may be the right thing for you. It is an investment to hire a talented, experienced photographer and it should be carefully considered. Check the link out.
One of the things always on my to-do list is marketing. I hate marketing myself! Something that is hugely helpful to me is if you take just a couple of seconds and share my weekly blog posts on your social media platforms. Also recommending me to people you know who are looking for a photographer is greatly appreciated!
Thanks for stopping by friends!
