Prindle Mountain Wedding

Happy Thursday! Today’s blog is a perfect example of the variety my job offers. I love it! Last week included head shots, a recreation of a movie set, a wedding and a family reunion shoot. Each shoot requiring something different of me and I loved it!

Alex and Maria at Prindle Mt

After 5 years of dating these two tied the knot at Prindle Mountain which is on a bluff overlooking the Columbia River Gorge. The weather was perfection and the views breathtaking! Their intimate wedding was full of personality and love. I really enjoyed photographing their wedding day.

Here are just a few peeks from their wedding last Friday. The weather was just perfect for their beautiful ceremony overlooking the gorge.

Pate Family Reunion

From Prindle Mountain to the beautiful yard of the Pate family.  This beautiful family had gathered together for a family reunion. They all wore Camp Popi and Tutu 2022 T-shirts and it was clear that this family had looked forward to this gather for some time. Sadly two of their  families were not able to join this year but they are already planning for next years gathering!

These amazing people kept me laughing the entire shoot. I love their energy and I am already looking forward to seeing them again next year!

Project Hangover – The Elerding Team

Last week was busy and it included a lot of variety! Matt aka Beethoven (Click here for a reminder https://shellyfryphotography.com/my-everyday/shelly-fry-photography-3) was back and this time he brought his team with him. The week before he had asked about recreating an elevator scene from the movie The Hangover. I loved the challenge of trying to create an elevator in the studio. Matt and team did a great job with costumes and posing. The pictures above share the original shots and then the final shot on the right.

I was disappointed that Matt didn’t commit to shaving his head but with the help of a graphic artist the look was accomplished.

The challenge of recreating the scene is really fun for me. From creating the set to posing for the final shot. I had a blast! Can’t wait for the next call from Matt Elerding. And once again if you are in need of a mortgage broker Matt and his team will take excellent care of you! Here’s a link https://www.homebridge.com/loan-originator/matt-elerding/

Thanks for stopping by~
