5 Reasons for A Spring Shoot – Shelly Fry Photography {Vancouver WA & Battle Ground WA}

My {current} Favorite Thing – Spring Family or Senior Sessions

Hello Spring you gorgeous season you!!

It’s here! We made it! What joy it gives me to see those happy daffodils blooming along the road and in flower beds. I have even seen a few early cherry blossoms! As a photographer as well as a human being my heart rejoices for this time of year!

Here are 5 reasons why you should book a Spring Family Session or Senior Session

  1. Cherry Blossoms, Tulips make stunning backgrounds or foregrounds for pictures.
  2. Waterfalls – They are fat and flowing and stunning! Not everyone in the world gets to experience waterfalls!
  3. Light – The light is gorgeous this time of year! Perfect for photography
  4. It’s just time! How long has it been? When was your last family session? I talk to people all the time who say their last session was when the kids were babies. You won’t regret having family pictures taken – Ever!
  5. Sale on full sessions – I am offering $100 off of the session fee for Family or Senior Session during  the months of March and April.

Have I convinced you? Contact me today! Perhaps you have a yard with amazing Spring blooms? I will happily come to you for your full family session.

What I’m Photographing – Headshots –

I have been busy taking lots of headshots for various professionals. This takes me to lots of different locations where I get to meet new friends and I love it!

What I’m Doing Now

At this moment I am sitting on a stool with wheels, in a ED room beside Jeff’s Grandma. She is having some heart issues. She will be 98 this June and its a tough season of life. What medical procedures do you put someone through at this point of life? It seems I know so many friends who are having similar issues with their parents.  It’s challenging

Goal Check- Activity

I’m thankful to report I am back to full health. I have been able to climb, hike, walk and bike this past week and that makes me very happy!

What I’m Reading

I’m still reading “The Huntress” by Kate Quinn. I am enjoying it and at this point {about halfway} I am very intrigued. I’m expecting a huge AAHHAA moment and it is keeping me on the edge of my seat.

I was caught off guard with our ED visit last night and was stuck here for 6 hours without a book!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A disadvantage of being a loyal old fashioned book fan. Perhaps I should keep at least one book on my phone for these types of emergencies!!!

Thank you friends for stopping by. Don’t forget to take advantage of that $100 and book your Spring session now!

$100 off any Family or Senior Session – March and April

Happy Spring!
