Around the Corner
198/365
All last week our planned weekend visit to see Tyler was just {around the corner}…
It was a long week…
Then we finally hopped into the car and after many miles and many corners we were finally with our boy!
There are many things lurking just {around the corner} next weekend when we actually get to be with both our sons at the same time…
Saying goodbye to both of them at college…
The opening of SFP is just {around the corner}! I’m anxious to drive by tomorrow. They were supposed to have poured some concrete over the weekend and its just so exciting watching everything come together!
I have been looking for the perfect chair for my gallery and I found it! Perfect color, size, comfy its just perfect!
Just one problem…
It isn’t for sale! But now I know what I want and I’m on the hunt!
My Weekend
{My weekend} was perfect! Time with my son…
Time with my camera…
Perfect weather…
As I walked along the trail mesmerized by the beach to my left I happened to glance to my right and saw some amazing early morning light streaming through the trees…
As a photographer it is so important for me to remember not to focus so much on one area…
I have to remind myself to look around, behind me – sometimes something even more amazing is happening I just have to remember to turn my head! I could have walked right by theses scenes and not even noticed them because of the beautiful ocean on the other side of the trail!

I think this is an important life lesson for me…
It is easy, oh so easy to focus on one thing and lose sight of others…
Let’s remember to turn our heads more often!
A Selfie
200/365
Unbelievable to me that with this quick iphone {selfie} I have now taken 200 pictures while participating in my Project 365! It really feels like the year is flying by and I’m thrilled that I have stuck it out!
Now for the next 165 days!
Boy had to be at work at 8am this morning so we saw him in action…
I could handle a morning walk along the beach every day for the rest of my life…
