{The Weather Today} – We have been blessed with some gorgeous spring weather! I have been especially thankful that I have been able to have so many outdoor photo sessions during this normally very rainy month of April! On Monday it was actually 81 when we headed out for this session!
Which meant we had to have an ice cream break! I think it should be a rule…
I think I will make it a SFP company policy – if it’s over 80 we have to have a mandatory ice cream break!!!
This picture cracks me up…
These two are cousins…only a few months apart age wise and they will be graduating from 8th grade together in a few weeks…
Allysa will have her own session coming up soon but I wanted to get a few shots of them together…
As I began posing them “together” It occurred to me that I needed to be careful to not make it look like an “engagement session”… When I said that out loud this is the reaction I got from the two of them!
A Product I Love

{A product I love} – So I was struggling (again) with this prompt…
I’m not a real “product” girl…
Frankly whatever is on sale is what I’m all about…
My mom reminded me of my love of gum…
And I am pretty loyal to gum…
It has be be the right consistency to blow bubbles, snap loudly, taste good and last for more than 5 min…
But it was a busy day and I didn’t have time to take the picture until this morning and so far – 111 days – I have always posted my 365 Project picture the day it was assigned and I did not want to miss that deadline!
So I decided on another interpretation of {A product I love} and that is the best benefit I ever received from being a teacher are the friendships that have developed as these lovely young people have grown up and become lovely adults…
They are not solely a {product} of my teaching…but if I hadn’t been their teacher I would not of had the privilege to be at a baby shower last night…Such beautiful people! It was a joy to spend some time with them again!
