This was the day it almost happened…
119 days into my 365 day challenge and I almost blew it…
{arrow} – all day it was running through my mind – {arrow} – I even carried my camera with me…But I also had a friend with me and we were shopping, running errands, talking, laughing and before I knew it I was in the middle of a 22 mile bike ride, the sun was going down and I had no {arrow} picture – or any idea where on earth I would find and {arrow} to take a picture of…
So in my desperation I pulled off the road, took my cell phone out and snapped this picture in the middle of our bike ride…My husband thinks I’m nuts but he is a VERY patient man – OBVIOUSLY…

But the first thing that came to me was my boy {T}yler…
I have 6 weeks left with him…
What that means is that in the next 6 weeks he will graduate from high school and move to his summer job at the beach…
Then he will be home for 10 days before he moves to college…
Yes, I’m crying…
How does this happen!!!!!

One of the very best things about spring/summer is the appearance of fresh yummy fruit!!! I love it! This morning I enjoyed a yummy fresh fruit smoothie!
And now for Miss Alyssa…
Last night I had the best time taking her 8th grade pictures! This girl is all smiles and giggles and she was just so much fun!!!
Have I mentioned that I LOVE my job!!! I have been busy spending time with the coolest people out in the beauty of the Northwest spring and having the best time! And the phone keeps ringing for future sessions! I’m feeling so blessed! Thank you all for your support!!
Today I will be taking my pictures down from Lava Java – I will admit to being sad about taking them down..
I stressed, fretted, worried for months over being ready for that show…
And now poof it is over…
I sold 5 pictures at Lava Java (I would have been thrilled with selling one!) and yesterday someone who saw my work there called and booked a family session with me 🙂 So it has been so worth it! I’m thankful I pushed passed my fear and did this. Thank you to those of you who have encouraged me every step of the way!!!!!
It’s going to be a GORGEOUS weekend! Enjoy it!
