Abigail Class of 2024 – Senior Adventure
When I met with Abigail and her family to discuss her senior photography needs it became pretty clear that they were looking for the full experience! Which made this Senior Photographer very excited!
Abigail booked the Senior Experience package which allowed her to customize her day. With multiple locations and all the time we needed we were able to capture so many fun looks. There was urban, country, flowers, water, books and amazing sunsets!
This package is an amazing opportunity to highlight all the different sides of who you are! Not to mention the gorgeous products she will end up with to show off her stunning images!
As a full time photographer I love helping you plan all of the details of your session. If it involves multiple locations I will be the one to create the timeline and plan the day. Plans always include breaks and opportunity to eat as well! With all my Senior Adventure sessions the key is to keep it fun, keep the energy up and make sure everything is flowing smoothly through out the day.
Karis and Doug- True Love
Senior photography isn’t all I do. I also enjoy photographing weddings! I was so excited when Karis reached out to me about her upcoming wedding.
Karis and Doug decided on McMenamins Kennedy School in PDX for their wedding venue. I had never been there so I grabbed my amazing friend Becky and we headed over there to scout out the location a few days before their big day. I don’t always get to do that but it is such a bonus for me to be able to tour a venue before I work there. Knowing what is there for backdrops, choosing the first look location etc. gives me a significant head start on the wedding day!
Karis and Doug gathered those most important to them and said “I Do” in the lovely outdoor courtyard.
Pre ceremony we had the opportunity to use some of the really fun and unique backdrops for their portraits. Following the ceremony the couple invited everyone to celebrate with them. There was yummy food, a photo booth, toasts and dancing.
Each table had a deck of cards as a gift along with colored pencils and pictures to color in. They also included their own version of the McMenamins passport book which I thought was such a cleaver touch!
When it was time to go they hopped on Doug’s Harley! Congratulations to you both!

Kaileigh Class of 2024 – Senior Milestone
While I am not only a Senior Photographer this is definitely the time of year where photographing Seniors takes up the majority of my schedule. And I love it! Working with people like Abigail and Kaileigh and every other “kid” that comes along is so much fun!
Kaileigh and I share a love for travel and reading! We had plenty to talk about as we walked around the Pearl District for her Senior session. When we discussed what she wanted from her senior session it became clear that she was looking for an urban look.
I absolutely love the wide variety of backdrops this area offers!
Sunday mornings are the time to be there. It is quiet, no traffic and parking is free!
She wanted to include bridges, brick walls and Powell’s Books. She was also excited when I showed her the parking garage I enjoy photographing in.
I am a Senior photographer who would love to work with you! If you know a Class of 2024 graduate who is looking for a photographer I would really appreciate it if you would send them my way!
