A PNW Wedding
I think it’s fare to say that planning an outdoor wedding in the PNW is not for the faint of heart. In my mind the first worry would be; will it rain, could it rain, might it rain????? Followed by; will it be too hot? Yes, we live in a land of extremes and you just never know what will be handed to you.
Smoke. Smoke was in the air for Austen and Alex’s wedding. Emergency Alerts were going off during the wedding regarding a level 3 evacuation (thankfully not meant for our location) but even so their wedding day went so smoothly! Happily the smoke provided just enough of a filter in the air that we didn’t struggle with the heat or brightness of the sun. There was laughter, smiles and lots of love. Just as a wedding day should be!
