Hey friends!

I am writing my blog in my new studio! This week I was able to actually work in my new studio! (besides moving in and setting up).

Truth be told I’m struggling with what to blog about. The biggest accomplishment in this week are as follows:

-Most pictures have been hung up in our new home

-We can now park one car in the garage thanks to Jeff’s hard work organizing and clearing out the garage

-I am 95% moved into my new studio

-Met with Natalie a most awesome Newborn photographer who will be renting studio space from me. 

-I went to the printers (Ink Ability in BG in HIGHLY recommend them! Here’s their website https://www.inkabilitybg.com/)

• Ordered street signs for the studio
• Began the process of designing invites for the up coming Open Studio
• Found the most awesome caterer for the Open Studio (Thanks Becky!)

-I rode my Peloton for the fist time since the move

-I went climbing for the first time since the move

-This week we have made super every night  and there has been zero take out!

-We are slowly adjusting to our new normal!

-Booked plane tickets to LAX! Oh boy! I am headed south for a very special engagement session and a visit to a special friend! 

February 27th Open Studio at SFP 2-5pm

You will see this date a lot! Every time you see it know that I am really hoping you can stop by and see the new studio. This will be a come and go, eat yummy snacks and see what I’m so excited about!

I’ve shared a few times pictures of the studio but these are the first ones I’ve shared  with my stuff in it! This week it has finally felt real to me! I have so many plans swirling in my head. I am thrilled with this opportunity!

First Studio Session

On next weeks blog I will share with you my first studio session. Tomorrow I will be welcoming my first head shot client to my new space. I’m so excited!

I will also be able to share my first Senior session of this year! This girl loves PDX so we are a perfect match! I love shooting downtown. Our goal will be bridges and the Timbers Stadium! I’m looking forward to this shoot!
