I’m always amazed at how quickly we transition from one year to the next. It seemed like we were just celebrating the Class of 2018 and here we are with our next group of Seniors
THE CLASS OF 2019
If you follow me on Social Media you know I had my camera equipment stolen back in August. I was in Walla Walla helping out with my husband’s Grandparents and we were staying in a hotel.
It was one of those weirdly slow realizations that brought me to the trunk of our car. I opened it and was hit with the confirmation that yes, my camera, lens, bag, etc were gone… This would be stressf_ul any day, but this was happening during a family crisis, away from home, two days before I had this shoot scheduled. I also had a wedding and another Senior Session scheduled all in the next week.
Needless to say I didn’t handle that too well…
I have never been so thankful for my friends! I’m thankful for their willingness to pull together what was needed so this shoot could happen. We discussed if we should try to reschedule and I am so thankful for everyone’s willingness to do what was needed so we could pull this off. There had a been a lot of schedule coordinating to get everyone involved together on that date. The weather was perfect, providing the most gorgeous light! The girls were amazing to work with! I love their energy and sense of style! And frankly it was just what I needed after a stressf_ul week!
Thanks to the shared resources of several friends we had the coolest props. From theater chairs, old bikes, large benches not to mention the
Amazing Bronco!!
Since these pictures were taken these girls, the class of 2019, have started their final year in high school (disclaimer there are a couple non seniors in the photos 😉 ) They are fiercely talented, smart and clearly will be our future leaders!
She turned her can’ts into cans and her dreams into plans
Look for something positive in each day,
Even if some days you have to look a little harder…
Thank you friends from the bottom of my heart for all of your love and support!!
