My first born landed a summer internship with Tetra Tech in Bellevue, WA. His Dad and I have been bursting with pride and excitement since we found out yesterday. It is such a good feeling when you are talking with your son – over the phone – and you can hear the smile on his face!
We are so thankful he has this opportunity. Now to find a place for him to live! Bellevue is an expensive town and the traffic up there is horrendous! So we are praying for someone with an extra room, basement, trailer to rent (cheap). Or someone who needs a house sitter for the summer to come along so the poor boy won’t have to live in his car! 😉
As a parent it feels like we have reached another major step in his life that I just wasn’t anticipating. I assumed graduation would be that next big thing. But I realize this is the next big thing. After 3 years of studying he gets to jump in and work with a world wide organization and really see what the career he has chosen is all about. 😀
If you know anyone in the Bellevue area that may be able to help please let us know!

My Favorite Time of Day
139/366
It would be difficult for me to pick my absolute {favorite time of day} It depends on what that day holds. Wednesday was a quiet day in terms of seeing anybody. I was busy with editing, errands, mowing the lawn, weeding the garden, etc. So on that day my {favorite time of the day} was taking a break and playing with this girl! I think that is her {favorite time of day} as well 😛
Bubbles
140/366
I’ve been known to be stuck in traffic jams and pull out the bubbles and start blowing them out the window. I also love taking bubbles with me out on the boat. Its really fun and pretty to watch them float over the water. But this year I just filled my sink up with {bubbles} 😀
Last year my {bubbles} picture was one of my favorites of the year. This is my sweet youngest niece 🙂
Blow some bubbles this weekend! It will make you smile I promise!
