Yes, it should be an entire weekend! A day is not enough to celebrate the wonderful Mom’s in our lives and all they have done and do for us! I am soo grateful for my Mom! We have had some pretty fun adventures over the years and I look forward to many more!

My Mom has been a pillar of strength my entire life! She has been an bold example of faith and resilience for me! I’m very thankful for her!
As a Mom I’m excited to have the opportunity to spend the weekend with my boys! And we get to see one of the most special Mom’s in my life Jeff’s sweet Grandma “Grammy”. Then on top of all that we will be celebrating his Grandpa’s “Papo’s” 95th birthday! It’s gonna be a wild weekend!! 😆

I had so much fun this past week taking pictures! These two sisters were a blast! Love their spirit and energy! They showed up for their mini session { a wonderful gift for Mother’s Day!} with a bag full of hats, sunglasses, clothing changes and with the goal of taking fun pictures for their mom. The pictures have been delivered and the report from Mom is “Best Mother’s Day gift ever!” 😛

Eyes are the {window} to the soul. They are what I always love to focus on when taking portraits. Everyone has beautiful eyes! The details of color, texture, shape are amazing! Lovely Brooke is getting ready to graduate from 8th grade in a few short weeks! We had a lot of fun during her graduate session in downtown Ridgefield. Such a lovely little town and with the river near by it had everything this photographer looks for in ideal locations for a photography session!
Her littlest sis jumped in for a quick shot at the end. Awwww aren’t they sweet!
