Hi, thanks for stopping by for this special Thursday issue of my blog 🙂
{Sweet} – I have a HUGE {sweet} tooth! It is an essential part of my day… There are some {sweet} things I don’t care for and honey is one of them… (unless it’s in tea)
But the bear was cute and honey, for all its nasty stickiness, is pretty so I took the picture 🙂

When you think about it a prompt like {little} could be anything…
But sometimes the fact that it could be anything makes it more difficult what to think of…
And I will admit to being a tad competitive and since I post these pictures among a group of photographers who are all doing the same prompts I want mine to stand out in some fashion…
I put a lot of pressure on myself…
Anyway – my {little} choice ended up being Theodore Roosevelt – Isn’t he cute! I bought these stacking dolls on one of my trips to Mt. Vernon near Washington D.C. – Thomas Jefferson’s mouth has peeled off and Abraham Lincoln’s forehead isn’t doing too well but good ‘ole TR looks brand new still…

{5} I wished I had some cute fat baby toes or fingers to shoot for this day…
But I don’t…
I actually thought about taking pictures of my big ugly toes…
It’s funny how when I see a prompt like {5} I always have a first thought of what to shoot. For {5} it was toes, for {sweet} is was chocolate for {little} it was flower buds…
I settled on {5} books – Oh how I love to read…
And I have found some really good books to read lately…Some are the result of my fabulous book-club, others I have just stumbled upon. I’m currently trying to finish The Goldfinch – its almost 800 pages and I can’t figure out where it will end (which is a good thing) Last night there was a very unexpected twist that totally blew my mind…
I’m always struggling with making myself enjoy the book because I’m in such a hurry to know the entire story and there is always another book waiting for me…
After a day of blurred eyesight I am so very thankful to have my eyes working properly again! I will be back on my regular schedule tomorrow.
