Happy Friday – A Game, Repetitive

Happy Friday everyone! What I’m learning as a business owner is that you are simply not in control… I have to depend on other people and sometimes 🙄 their schedule is not the same as mine.  I had hoped to be having the grand opening of Shelly Fry Photography in Battle Ground today to coincide with First Friday but my space is still unfinished. However, I have been told that move in day WILL HAPPEN on Monday (I will believe it when its happening) – I’m anxious to share this journey with you!  😉

Also if you have tried to email me from my website address info@shellyfryphotography.com you probably haven’t had any luck.  And after a long week of trying to get it fixed I believe it is! So if you have a minute – scroll up go to my contact page and shoot me a quick email I would be so grateful!

A Game

I had the difficult job of hanging out on a lake this week and taking pictures for a family event. 😆

There was wake-boarding, skiing, swimming and of course tubing.  Where {a game} is made out of staying on a tub and helping your fellow tubers off of theirs. There were brave leaps, terrifying bumps and spectacular crashes.

If you have ever spent time on a boat that is pulling a skier or boarder you know it can be very {repetitive} as people struggle to improve their skills – which may just be getting up out of the water- or landing a jump – all require multiple attempts before success. But when success happens oh the joy! Of course as the photographer I enjoy the failures as well! They make for some pretty interesting pictures.  😉

I hope you have a happy, sunny weekend ahead of you! Enjoy and find something new to do!

  1. I tried to email you but since I don’t use Outlook as my email it wanted me to go through all these gyrations to use it. I started to but then it got too complicated so I quit. I’ll try just taking your email address and putting it in my own server and email that way. Also it was not easy to see where I could leave a comment. Maybe if the font was larger for that it would help.
