Spring is {alive} in the Northwest! I am absolutely loving all the blooms! Everything in my yard is budding, blooming, smelling, greening, unfurling, emerging…it is glorious!!!
The Wisteria is my favorite! It smells amazing and I love having some time to sit underneath it and read for a few minutes!
And with the warm weather comes the urge to get outside – on my bike! I was able to get a 16.5 mile ride in on Monday and while I will admit to some suffering it was GORGEOUS! As I road on the country roads by my home I saw dogwoods, wisteria, azelas, snow capped volcanoes, green… The Northwest is {alive} with Spring – I hope you can take some time to enjoy it!

{Movement} – Motion – this is the best picture I have for this prompt. I took it just about 2 weeks ago. We were on a photo shoot in downtown Portland…We had been taking some pictures around an old brick building that had tracks running right behind it. There is a road crossing there with gates and bells and you can see for a long way down the tracks each way…Even so I always have people keeping an eye out for trains if we are shooting on the tracks…
We had finished on the tracks and were back shooting by the building when someone called out that there was a train coming…
Which I thought would be an awesome opportunity to get some {movement} into some of his shots…
